Greater Noida:Birla Institute of Management Technology, Greater Noida organized the 8th edition of AIM-AMA Sheth Foundation Doctoral Consortium and Conference 2020 from Jan 3rd -6th 2020at its main campus with the theme of “Innovating Customer Experiences in Digital Age”.The Consortium intended to give top of the line learning, critical thinking and advancing ways to deal and increase service efficiency for better customer acquisition and servicing. The emphasis being profoundly on advanced ways ofincrementingcustomer experience. The various lines of discussions from the theme were Consumer Behavior, Technology & Analytics and Strategy.
The occasion was Inaugurated by JagdishSheth, V. Kumar, Russ Klein, Dr. H. Chaturvedi, A.V. Shukla, Prof. A. Parasuraman and Prof. PankajPriya on Jan 3rd 2020 with lamp lighting followed by welcome address by Bimtech Director, Dr. H. Chaturvedi who stretched out a generous greeting to the guests from different parts of the world and repeated the vision of BIMTECH,which promotes collaborative research across continents. He emphasized on the incessant need of updating the client experience through different inventive components, so as to continue and drive any business. Dr. JagdishSheth by means of video conferencing, stated, ” Innovation has to be incorporated at each step in the digital era which should also leave a positive and promising impact for driving future courses of action “. Additionally, Prof. A. Parasuraman discussed the cultural effect that organizations ought to have regarding being eco-accommodating just as taking part in CSR exercises to assist the majority. Post inaugural session all the delegates were assisted towards respected rooms where the consortium and conference started. The consortium & conference was attended by almost 50 delegates around the globe.
