Greater Noida: An introspective webinar titled “Covid-19: A student perspective” was organized by students of Department of Applied Chemistry, SOVSAS, GBU on 9th May,2020. The session was hosted by Shivam ably supported by other speakers namely Harshi, Raju, Subhanshi, Shahishekhar , Pragya and Aparna under the guidance and motivation of Dr. Jaya Maitra, HoD, Department of Applied Chemistry. The participants exchanged viewpoints on origin of Corona virus, immunological effect, drugs and possible treatments, efficacy of plasma therapy in disease control as well as a student’s role & responsibilities in a post Covid-19 world. The student participants registered for the webinar across departments of GBU and also from notable universities such as GB Pant University and Galgotia University.
