I.T.S. Engineering College organized an International” “E- Workshop on MATLAB”

Greater Noida: Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, I.T.S. Engineering College organized an International” “E- Workshop on MATLAB”. The workshop was conducted by Ms. Avneet Kaur, Head the MATLAB and PLC & SCADA Product Developer at the CETPA Groups of Companies. I.T.S.E.C. Executive Director- Dr. Vikas Singh, Director- Prof. Sanjay Yadav and Dean (Academics) – Prof. Gagan Deep Arora presence graced the program. The guest was facilitated by HOD ECE- Prof. Monika Jain.Vice Chairman of I.T.S Engineering College, Mr. Sohil Chaddha has appreciated that learning through these kinds of hands-on E-Workshop during the COVID-19 lockdown period will enhance our knowledge.

The entire session was very interactive and the students have been demonstrated with various programs related to circuit analysis using Simulink. At the end of the session, queries of the participants were taken up by the Ms. Avneet Kaur. She concluded her workshop   by suggesting the importance of MATLAB in industries as well as in academia.E-workshop was open for Industrialists, Academicians, Research Scholars, M. Tech. and B. Tech. students and hence participants were from many reputed institutes and companies, such as I.E.T. Lucknow, Chandigarh University, Galgotias College of engineering and technology, NIT Raipur, AEC Agra, Dr.  Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad, Maharashtra etc.     E-workshop was being closed by vote of thanks by the moderator to the speaker and all participants for giving their valuable time.

E- Workshop on MATLAB is an academia knowledge sharing initiative taken by Electronics and Communication Department, I.T.S. Engineering College Greater Noida. The primary objective of this programme was to update/enhance the skills of engineering. The talk has shaded light on how MATLAB helps to take your ideas beyond the desktop. The practical has been performed online to demonstrate program, run for analyses on larger data sets, and scale up to clusters and clouds. The E- workshop has given exposure to the participants about the MATLAB codes, which can be integrated with other languages, enabling you to deploy algorithms and applications within web, enterprise, and production systems. The participants have gained extensive details of subject knowledge along with practical knowledge. Practical examples enrich their concept on MATLAB ,Program attendance was more than 100 participants (including faculty and students from various colleges)
