Greater Noida: Father Agnel School Greater Noida organised its Annual Prize Distribution Ceremony with great dignity and enthusiasm on 02 May 2026. Following the opening hymn, Fr. Bento Rodrigues, the Manager, welcomed all to witness the brilliance of the students. The Chief Guest for the occasion was Justice M. L. Mehta ,Retd . Judge of Delhi High court.

A major highlight of the event was the historical play ‘Ashoka: Emperor to Empathy’, presented by the students. Students of Classes I to XII were honoured for excellence in academics, sports, cultural activities, as well as special Excellence Awards in Good Samaritan and Literary fields, with trophies and certificates. The play powerfully portrayed the transformation of Emperor Ashoka after the Kalinga War, conveying a profound message of peace, compassion, and the path of Dhamma.


The performance deeply moved the audience and reflected a meaningful blend of history and human values. In his address, Justice Mehta emphasised the relevance of Ashoka’s message of peace in today’s world. The Principal, Sr. Joanita, expressed gratitude to the teachers, students, and parents for making the programme a grand success.
