Ryan School Celebrate Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav - Har Ghar Tiranga

Greater Noida: Ryan International School, Greater Noida celebrated the 76th Independence Day of India with great zeal and enthusiasm. They participated in various activities and showcased their best skills & creativity. They made posters related to Independence Day and also penned down different articles and slogans to show their respect towards their country and let out the patriotic fervour. They also clicked their pictures with the Indian tricolour as a part of the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ under the aegis of the Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav. The Montessori children did amazing activities showing how proud they are to celebrate their independence Montessori 1 pasted Indian Flag and Montessori 2 kids made a tricolour rocket with paper craft and set them free to support Chandrayaan 3 and Montessori 3 pasted tri colour flowers . Montessori kids also conducted a beautiful activity of ‘SALAD DECORATION’ on the theme ‘Tricolour’.

The students of Class 1 conducted the ‘Vegetable Printing Activity’. The theme of this activity was tricolour.They dipped the cut vegetables like potato and lady’s finger in thick water colour and printed them on white handkerchief. The students of Classes III-V participated in the Independence Day Role Play Competition and Collage making activity of Our National Symbols. The students paid tribute to freedom fighters for their countless sacrifices through the role-play activity. All the activities provided a platform to the students to showcase their talents and express their love for the nation. While doing the activities, the students’ heart filled with patriotic zeal and enthusiasm.

A special assembly was conducted on this occasion which began with seeking the blessings of the Lord almighty and a special prayer for the country and the country heads. Patriotic song was sung by all the students and a special talk show was also conducted by the students of class VI- VIII on the topic ‘A Tribute to Soldiers’. A special message was shared by the school head and the students were encouraged to speak about the various significant movements and other social reforms which helped our country gain independence. The program concluded with the National Pledge and by singing the National Anthem. The special assembly surely helped the students to realize the importance and the significance of independence.
