Quality Circle Forum of India organized a conference on the concept of quality

Greater Noida: Quality Circle Forum of India – Delhi Chapter, pleased to inform you we have lay down the foundation of Implementation of Quality Concept to enhance the capability of employees through their self-development and mutual development through this concept. The focus is to enroll and empower the all level of employees (Total Employees Involvement) in the main stream of organization to bring creative and innovative ideas to meet the today’s challenges to excel in Productivity, Quality, Delivery and Cost. To achieve the above targets, we help the industries to do the training, counseling and hand holding of their grass root employees, first line manager, middle management to align the thought process and actions towards business Goals said by Dr. Shashi Bhushan Purohit – Director and Hon sec. Quality Circle Forum of India.

In continuation to this we conducted a Chapter Convention on Quality Concept on 05^th November 2022 in  GL BAJAJ INSTITUTE OF TECH. & MGMT Greater Noida. In this convention 1520 participants 232 teams from 87 various organizations such as Hero Moto Corp Ltd , Sandhar Group, Spark Minda Group,Jindal Stainless Steel Ltd Hissar, JCB India Ltd ,Tata Motors Ltd,Barbi Q Nation  etc.  This chapter will work with Manufacturing Sector, Service Sector, Educational Institutions, Banking and Financial Sectors, Medical and Pharmaceutical Sector to create joyful working condition in Industries, Service Industries and Education Sectors

This convention was inaugurated by Vice Chairman  Pankaj Aggarwal (GLBITM ) And Ashim Vohra (Group COO. of SPARK MINDA ) & Introductory Video of SPARK Minda group, Dr. Manas Kumar Mishra (Director of GLBITM ) & Ms. Manju Khatri (Director T&P,GLBITM) as a Guest of Honour . QCFI – DC representative Shri Aniruddha Kaushik – Joint Secretary Admin & Senior Faculty & Mentor.  Dr. Shashi Bhushan Purohit Director & Hon Secy. Mr. Ashwani Singh Chauhan – Head Marketing, Ms. Ankita Sharma – Operation Manager, &  GLBITM representative Mr Anil Khatri vice President Industyry academia Allieance ,Proff Arvind Shinha Department Of Management Studies. During the inaugural function it is insisted to focus on Total Employee Involvement for achieving the excellence by way of mutual exchanging their ideas. They congratulated QCFI – DC for for spreading the need of Quality Concepts in India all the  sectors. Dr. Shashi Bhushan Purohit – Director and Hon. Secy. inform the audience that the strength of QCFI lies in sensing the direction of wind and timely adopting needed changes, while maintaining its originality of Quality Concept. Glaring examples are, introducing and- time to time- modification in Quality Circles, Starting 5S certification and Lean Quality Circle (LQC) etc. Valedictory Session was Chaired by Mr. Katsuya Sakakibara San Managing Director ( Ahresty India Pvt. Ltd.) Teams were awarded in different category i.e. Gold, Silver and Bronze.
