The program will empower the youth of India to support and enable them with the employment opportunities not only in India but also in Japan. Due to the fast-growing ageing population in Japan and decreasing birth rate; Japan has growing demand for young and skilled workforce from overseas. However, the key to success is through learning Japanese language, etiquettes & manners, and their culture. The Japanese companies having overseas offices & manufacturing plants, either in India or elsewhere in the world would also prioritize people with Japanese language & cultural understanding, while hiring. Therefore, this is high time for us to proceed further with a mutually beneficial bi-lateral long-term relationship.
